Do not use deprecated markup.

• Replace deprecated tags such as <b></b> and <i></i> with <em></em> and <strong></strong>. Use correct tags for the declared doctype and avoid using stylistic tags altogether such as: <font></font>, (see Structure).
• Points - All or nothing.
• Criterion weighting of one.
