Expand acronyms and abbreviations: <abbr></abbr> and <acronym></acronym>

• From a basic usability standpoint you should define acronyms and abbreviations during first use on any page. People using screen readers need this especially because the software does not automatically recognise acronyms and abbreviations without being told.
• The spider can check for <abbr> and <acronym> tags in the code.
• The manual check will assess if they need to be used and if a page contains the necessary tags.
• Points - All or nothing.
• Criterion - weighting of two.
