Update static equivalents of dynamic content when the dynamic content is updated.

• Only use static or text equivalents if absolutely necessary. They are rarely kept up to date and people with disabilities tend to not want to use them unless the absolutely have to - feeling it is downgraded material.
• If you must have static equivalents make sure you keep them as up to date as other content on your site.
• Points - All or nothing.
